S tudents at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland returned to campus this semester with quite a few new dining options. Earlier in the year, the school switched its foodservice provider to the recently rebranded, Elior Collegiate Dining, who spent all summer updating the school’s dining program. “We really wanted to focus on updating the whole University’s dining facilities, both on a front-of-the-house and a back-of-the-house level, to kind of just bring them up to current technology or food trends and really focus on that student experience,” says Resident District Manager for Elior Collegiate Dining Genevieve Meilahn. The changes include revamped menus, a new 24-hour C-store and more. REVAMPING THE DINING PROGRAM The first location that received a major renovation was Ches - apeake Dining hall which is comprised of three main dining rooms. Each room received a makeover. “There’s a red-themed room that we’ve done and there’s great pictures of Frostburg history in there. And then the main
