REGIONAL: CAJUN COUGAR BOUDIN PO’BOY Hilton University of Houston

REGIONAL: ADELPHI’S CHOPPED CHEESE SPECIAL Adelphi University Ingredients: chopped chicken, ground beef, roast beef, hot cherry peppers, pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, chipotle sauce, garlic hero “At Adelphi University, we organized a sandwich competition to determine which creation we would submit to FSD’s Best Sandwich contest! Four of our associates crafted their unique sandwiches, and students sampled each one, casting their votes for their favorite. Chef Gene’s creation was a hit amongst the students. It didn’t take long for our supply of sandwiches to vanish. Once the votes were tallied, we are thrilled to announce that Chef Gene has won the student vote!”
